How to use Amazing Apple Cider Vinegar

Have you heard about the apple cider vinegar hype? Well kids, its not just hype.

I am a healthy skeptic myself. Seriously how can something as simple as vinegar cure anything other than being a marinade?

Well its true. For all things beauty, ACV might be the way to go.

Hair rinse: wash away buildup with an apple cider vinegar rinse. This DIY treatment makes strands shinier, reduces frizz and seals cuticles. It also simulates the scalp to promote hair growth. My hair is crazy shiny after and my scalp doesn't itch like it normal does. Its better than any clarifying shampoo and any dandruff shampoo. No you won't smell like it afterwards. Just wash your hair as you normally would. Then, with a cup do a few ounces of ACV and water. Pour the mixture on your head and massage it in. After, just rinse and the smell is gone but all the benefits are there. Check out the photo down below. No hair dye, photoshop, no products or argan oil or hair iron.

Toner: Psoriasis, eczema and acne sufferers praise apple cider vinegar for reducing inflammation. Apply a few drops to a cotton ball and rub on the parts of your face or body you are having issues with. This is best to do before you go to bed because you will smell a little like ACV.

Mouthwash: Mix apple cider vinegar with water, then swish around in your mouth. This antiseptic will break down plaque and bad breath-causing bacteria. ACV is known for healing and disinfecting.

Face mask: When you mix equal parts apple cider vinegar and Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay, you get one pretty awesome mask. Leave this detoxifying, deep-pore treatment on for 10-15 minutes before rinsing off with warm water. This is really good for when your face is just going crazy from hormones, or stress or even makeup. I am super allergic to MAC and Loreal foundations.

Bath solution: The next time you get ready to slip into a warm bath, add one to two capfuls of apple cider vinegar and Epsom salt. It draws toxins out of the body, leaving behind toned and moisturized skin. Don't have time for a bath? That's okay. ACV mixed with some moisturizer on the parts of your body where you have cellulite will help drastically. Yes ma'am cellulite. Everyday ACV and coconut oil (my lotion of choice) I have almost no cellulite and I am no spring chicken.
